Occasional reminder: Tech Zen on Tuesdays

Welcome new and returning practitioners to Tech Community Zen! Tomorrow, June 9 will be our next practice period, as follows:

• Practice: Tuesdays at 9:00am Pacific (12pm Eastern; 18:00 CEST). Practice varies slightly in length, up to 45 minutes.

• Orientation: for first-time visitors, join a brief introduction 30 minutes earlier (8:30am Pacific; 11:30am Eastern; 17:30 CEST)

Here’s what you need for online practice:

• A device with Zoom; and preferably a video camera to show yourself live.

• A comfortable mat or chair to sit still. (More details are here.)
